For years my BIL and I cleaned gutters in the fall. We had around 150 customers within a 10 mile radius of where we lived, charged an average of $75/house depending on difficulty. Some took 5 min (walk around roof w leaf blower) others took an hour. Hustled on weekends for a month and made 6-7K each.
