I have looked at a couple of videos and my first impression was that he is slow to the hole. I'm no pro evaluator though.

Not anything earlier than a 1.7, and preferably late 1st or early 2nd. I project him to go anywhere from 1.7 to 2.01 in most dynasty leagues.

Their competition isn't great by any means, but it certainly isn't awful (i.e. South Florida has/had a lot of NFL caliber talent). The one thing that stands out to me about Brown is the fact that UConn's QB play was so horrible there was no reason for the opposition to ever have less than 8 men in the box, and Donald Brown still produced the huge numbers that he did.
