I saw something espn that they wanted to cut rhodes but didn't want him to go to another team.HTH

Based on the box score, he appears to be the punt returner. It's strange, he was all excited 2 weeks ago to be featured in the offense then I see quotes about him getting cut. I don't know what went on behind closed doors, but something must of happened for him to lose his job.
