they had an update after the combine, and now the website is soemthing all together different. i know they had a redesign coming up but i figured it would be the same address

Looks like they let their domain registration expire and it got poached by a domain broker, who posted one of those annoying placeholder sites on there. It's likely that if they return it will be under a different name as domain brokers whole business model is based on registering popular domains as they expire and then selling them for the highest dollar.
