Tough Call but I went with When Harry met Sally

He has a lot of good roles

I almost clicked it but then I clicked City Slickers instead.  I just liked the movie better I guess.

yeah... harry and mitch are both his signature rollls.

having said that, I went with mostly dead miracle max. see- I bleyved. quote him more than the others.

First thing I thought of was Princess Bride, but then remembered When Harry Met Sally.  I voted for Princess Bride but I can see why WHMS is leading.

Harry.

I read that recently Reiner thought of doing a sequel, but because Carrie Fisher and Bruno Kirby were such integral parts of the first film, no one had the heart to continue on.

Not much love for Running Scared, which was a fine example of the buddy cop/comedy movies of its day

Big fan of Mr. Saturday Night and Throw Mamma From The Train, but Harry is a pretty iconic all time role so I had to go with that one.

is that the one with gregory hines and mikael baryshinkov as the villain?

or was that just an incredible dream...
Close, it was actually Jimmy Smitts as the bad guy. You're probably thinking of White Nights.

When Harry Met Sally was brilliant.  Holds up really well.

City Slickers was good fun.  But, not on the same level.
This is probably true but City slickers comes to mind first. So I went with it.

I've seen monsters Inc a lot more often than anything else he's done. Love that movie, and monsters U.

I always thought he was too whiny to carry a picture by himself.

But he has been in some good films with some other good actors.

Went with City Slickers.

City Slickers is what I know him best from and think of first, but Harry is the correct answer.  Miracle Max was just a bit part.  Mike from Monster's Inc. is actually a better dark horse candidate.

The Princess Bride is the best movie he was in, but does he have more than ten minutes of screen time in it?
not even 10.

for me, it's still the role I think of and quote the most, even though Harry and Mitch are both leading roles where he carries and defines the movies.

The kissing bandit in the love boat.
btw... I was flipping around between soccer games yesterday, and saw that the loveboat was on. hadn't seen it in probably 35 years, so watched a segment until commercial. amazing. and it just happened that billy crystal was the kissing rapist... or bandit... whatever- it was the 70s...  in that segment/episode.

Comic Relief with Robin and Whoopi probably.

I Think WHMS gets ranked higher due to a single scene and thanks to Meg Ryan.  I also think the results are based on the voting age.  Soap should be higher ranked.  Miracle Max is iconic as well.  So I went with the Princess Bride

Favorite movie of his for me is actually Running Scared...chemistry with Gregory Hines is awesome and it plays against type.

Love both WHMS and City Slickers, but chose Monsters Inc.  Came down to the name - Mike Wazowski...

I actually liked him in a few roles and enjoyed a few of his movies, but when I think of Billy Crystal, the first thing that comes to mind is how unfunny that he and Whoopi and Robin were when hosting Comic Relief.
