Tons of young players need a year or two. What player's gotte alot of love lately but in reality it's gonna take some time til he makes a significant impact on his team?

yeah I guess so maybe first few rounds

I would say Cutler among the "big" names. He has skills but was an ad lib guy in college and needs to learn to play within a system.

I really thoought Addai was kinda raw in college, wont take him all year, but a month or so.

QBs - Cutler, VY, Clemens(?), T Jackson

RBs - really none stick out to me as not ready, at least out of those who'll get a chance

WRs - I don't think any of them are completely ready to roll. Holmes probably has the best chance
