We don't allow reserve or bench players if theyr'e healthy.

I'm currently last in RBI, 2nd to last in Runs, and 3rd to last in HRs. I'm in third place though, pitching has kept me in it and I'm first in BA.

Yesterday I traded Hamilton and G. Floydd for Adam Jones and Cain. By Monday I need to move Soria back in as an SP, which means Joba has to go back to SP, and I'll need to waive a SP. Obvious choice is Baker, but I'd rather deal some pitching depth for some power before then.

I don't yet have a grasp of how people value solid starting pitching compared to power hitting. What caliber of a bat should I expect for the likes of Cain, Bedard or Slowey? Which of my SPs would you be looking to deal?

Also, thoughts on Vladdy from here on out? His owner is dangling him. Given my power needs, is he worth a shot?

I'd try to flip Cain for the best OF/DH you can get.

I'd move Bedard / Johnson for a better 2B and have the Baker waive at my disposal for a latter date.
