QB: Cousins, Prescott

WR: Hopkins, M, Jones, J. Matthews

Trade RB to upgrade QB, WR or both?

Look to upgrade both.  Why limit yourself?  I would let the league know you are looking to move a RB or two for an upgrade at WR & QB and see what rolls in.  I wouldn't limit myself by taking any of the RB's off the market.  I would put them all out there and see what kind of offers come in.  Maximize value and see that your starting lineup looks like based on the offers received.  You have 4-5 quality starting RB's and depending on your league requirements you can get by with 3 so you may be able to move two of them. 

As the season goes on depth becomes less important because a major injury kills you anyway.  Try and maximize your starters for the playoff push.
