Someone is probably going to yell at you and tell you that you are in the wrong forum but if its redraft I like VJAX still.
Why isn't this relevant SP discussion? There were a ton of week one duds/disappointments this week. Including but not limited to the following:
QB:
Tom Brady, Tony Romo, Russell Wilson, Cam Newton
RB:
Doug Martin,
Trent Richardson,
Chris Johnson,
CJ Spiller,
David Wilson, Stevan Ridley,
Marshawn Lynch, Maurice Jones-Drew, Lamar Miller
WR:
Calvin Johnson, Dez Bryant, Antonio Brown,
Torrey Smith, Cecil Shorts, Dwayne Bowe, Eric Decker,
TY Hilton, Chris Givens,
Roddy White, Mike Wallace
TE: Nobody... everyone performed well above their expectations. If anything Jimmy Graham is the disappointment here as he finished the day as TE10. Because he's apparently the only TE who DIDN'T get 2 TDs or 100 yards this weekend.
The bold players are the ones I'm less worried about. Yes, even David Wilson I'm less worried about, as Coughlin stated in the post-game. They NEED him and they will figure it out one way or another even if he has to carry around 2 footballs with him wherever he goes this week.
Lamar Miller: I thought he was a massive overhype all offseason and this game didn't make me change my tune at all. I'd say that the Dolphins O-Line looked completely awful and he looked just as bad if not worse than they do. I don't care how bad the O-Line is you should average better than 0.3ypc for the amount of hype he was getting.
Stevan Ridley: I'm more worried about him than David Wilson because Shane Vereen went off in the second half after Ridley hit the bench. If Ridley fumbles again in Week 2 he may hit the bench for good and Vereen may take over as the starting RB. That's not good considering most of us drafted him in the 3rd round as our RB2's.
Jones-Drew: I'm pretty sure that Jacksonville is just a desert for fantasy scoring this season.
Antonio Brown: Is it possible that the Steelers offense looked just as bad if not worse than Jacksonville's?
Cecil Shorts: See MJD
Dwayne Bowe: There was a fear that he'd be out of place in this offense, I think Charles is the only person worth owning on this offense. Even though I see the Chiefs offense being pretty good, I don't think any of these guys are solid starts week to week.
Eric Decker: He looks like he might be the odd man out, but I have a feeling the Denver offense will swap who the odd man out is week to week.
Mike Wallace: He just doesn't seem to fit here, the O-Line can't hold off long enough for him to setup a route.
