I need to select one of these 3 to fill out my last line up spot:

DeShaun Foster @ home vs. Cleveland

Fred Taylor @ home vs. NY Jets

Thomas Jones @ home vs. Buffalo

BTW this is a PPR league. I am having a hard time with this one and am leaning towards starting Thomas Jones because he should get a higher percentage of snaps than the other two. Foster should get 20+ carries because I see Carolina jumping out to a big lead and Foxy will pound the rock. But how many touches will Deangelo take from Foster? Taylor is facing one of the poorest run defenses in the Jets but M-J-D is playing well and will "steal" some carries too? What would you do? Answer mine and send me yours.

I'd study the week's projections from 4 different sites.

I'd study all the offensive/defensive matchup data available.

I'd read every bit of the week's news on all three players, plus their backups.

Then I'd find some woman who doesn't know Fred Taylor from Fred Flintstone and have her randomly pick a name.
