What's causing these little piles of dirt along the wall? (1 Viewer)

These little piles of dirt started showing up in the bathroom at our office. Clean them up and they're back again in a few days. Google says its either termites, carpenter ants or rats. Really hoping its ants.

That looks like a big pile for one day of ant activity, but piles are typical of carpenter ants.

I thought termites didn't leave piles because they digest the wood.  

Not sure what rats would be doing that would create that.

I just realized you said it was dirt and not sawdust.  So I don't think carpenter ants.
