what's the ideal pick to have in 12 team serpentine (1 Viewer)

have my choice of draft picks in several leagues and can't decide if it's worth picking 1st overall and then last in 2nd and 3rd or if it makes sense to take the 12th with the early 2nd and early 3rd or whether it makes sense to position in the middle...

it's such a tough year as there is no stud (in a ppr league) however i still think MJD is the safest pick and it's always good to have what you feel is the best player on your team

If it was me I would take ADP and just fill in players around him...

i don't think he is the #1 guy in a ppr format...
