Raiders will go on the clock whenever ESPN gets done with their self-promotion silliness at the beginning of the 12 PM ET show -- that could be 2:30 PM ET . Knowing Al Davis and the trade rumors that are swirling, the Raiders will take the full 15 minutes.

They'll probably start the clock around 12:10 and hopefully announce the first pick before 12:30
