Where is Laurence Maroney being taken this week (1 Viewer)

On The Rocks

Footballguy
I am in a 10 team redraft.

I have an overwhelming desire to take him as early as round 4 but I would hate to take him any time before the start of the 6th round. I don't know why I want him so early but I guess I have some kind of Moreny Baloney bug.

Would you good folks be so kind as to tell me where he is coming off the board in your draft?

Thanks

12 Team Flex as well, went 4.12, the guy who took Dillon at 4.11, laughed saying it was too early to take Maroney. Promptly, he retracted the pick and made Maroney Pick 5.1.

10 team flex 2rb,3wr,1te, 1 flex

I took him at 5.2 after taking Dillon at 4.9.

I have no problem spending a 5th rounder on a guy who is a potential beast for the 2nd half of the season.

It's help a FBG brother out, not an FBG. There, I helped you out.

Seriously though...

Maroney went 7.6 in my draft last weekend.

he dropped to 6.14 in my 16 teamer this past weekend. DWilliams went two rounds earlier. Tells me that more people watche the Carolina game on Friday nite than the first two Patriot preseason games. Recency overrates players.

10 team draft just this past Friday night.

I got him at 6.01 and received many moans and groans from the guys with upcoming picks hoping they'd fall to them at their next pick.

I'd say round 5 pick to be safe.

I took him 5.01 in a 14 man league. Never planned for it that early, but RB's were disappearing like crazy.

We drafted on the 20th and I got him at 11.05 in a 10-team league...

In a 12-team league, he went 6.01 on August 15th...

I dont know where he woulda gone because Ive been snaggin him up in the 6th in every league I can

12 year old league, I took him in the 10th round at pick 119, and thought he was a steal as my 4th RB. Have LT at pick 2, JLewis at pick 47, F Taylor at 70. We start 4 receivers(TE & WR). Draft was last nite, the 28th.

I got him 6th round 82nd overall in a 16 teamer on sunday. I was VERY happy. I don't have Dillon either...I think he'll be the man at some point this year. Belicheck won't mind hurting Dillon's feelings

I got him for $2 in a $100 redraft auction league.

Steal of the draft? We shall see... The guy with Dillon had no money left and I played him like a fiddle.

5YO, 12 team, 2-keeper basically flex type scoring - start any combination of 5 RBs/WRs you want. PPR for RBs upon 4th reception. Draft was Sunday night. He went 4.03 (or equivalent 6.03). Based on comments, there is NO way he would've made it out of the 4th round (for sure 4.05 and 4.11 were going to take him). As a frame of reference, Dillon went 3.08.

Bush went 1.03. DeAngelo Willians went 4.07. Addai went 4.09. Norwood went 4.10.

12 team keeper league eligibility in Rds 6-22. 2 RB and Flex (RB-WR)

I took Moroney with 6.03 making him keeper eligible for me

I took him 5.8 in a 2 player keeper league, so it was really like the 7th round. I thought he was a steal at that point given his potential.

Can we please add what #RB he was taken at or how many RB's were gone when he was picked.

With league size, rosters and everything else being different, what round tells far less then what RB off the board he was.

Thank You

10 team league, redraft, start 1QB, 2RB, 3WR, 1TE, 1RB/WR/TE, 1K, 1DEF, 6 bench players (no restrictions)

Maroney was taken 11.04 on Sunday....

38th RB off the board... don't count on that being a regular occurance though

I've seen him go 5th/6th in 12 teamers.
tough call in my league b/c it's keep 1.He went 4.6, 29th RB off the board. I would put that round pick 5.6 in a normal 12 teamer, maybe bump down 4-6 RB spots as well. Also went 8.7 in another draft (pure redraft), 35th RB off the board.

I took him in the 7th in a 10 team redraft on Saturday. Missed on Dillon who went early in 4th...slightly to my surprise.

12 teamer, can start 3 RB's, redraft and PPR. Got him at 7.5 with moans around the room. I gotta draft with 5 of these guys after Labor Day as well. He won't slip that far again. Only viable? RB left who was a starter (Then) was Barlow. Guessed wrong from the sounds of it on Morency, but I'll hold tight for awhile.

In a 10-team redraft that only allows 4 RB on your roster, and you start 3, I grabbed him at 9.08.

34th RB off the board.

The Dillon owner (who drafted him 3.10) had plenty of time to grab Maroney, but went with Reggie Wayne (4.01), Joey Galloway (5.10), Eli Manning (6.01), Chris Cooley (7.10), and Joe Horn (8.01). :o

I'm not sure why he didn't grab Maroney earlier, but I remember having Dillon last year and absolutely getting fried by him.

I think I'm in nice shape with Maroney as my RB4, especially considering he's an injury away from a RB2 spot.....

In my 12 team flex league we are at 7.07 and he is still on the board. I expect him to go soon, but I wouldn't reach too much for him.

Rounds 5/6 in every re-draft I have been in and seen. Round 6 in my last 12 team draft over last weekend.

10 team; keep 4; start 2RB; he went 9.02 as the 32. RB of the board; Dillon went 5.08; draft was 8/26
