After his performance in the preseason, I'd see him going late first, early second round. So yes, late second round is fine IMO.

I think Manning is a late 1st and Palmer is a late 2nd. No other QB before round 5. Those two stand far above the rest in my book.

Palmer looks great..had a great preseason..but remember it was preseason..Bengals have the hardest sch.(SOS) in the NFL this season...so think about that before you pick him.

Honestly I don't know why some people suddenly think a 30 TD quarterback is worth a 1st or 2nd round pick in fantasy. You're drafting a guy who is a bust even if he lives up to his projections.
