Where to consider drafting a QB (1 Viewer)

Ok I am in a keeper league of ten teams. Nine of the ten have kept RB and one team has Payton. I have Steven Jackson. The QB is a huge contributor since 10 yds= 1pt for rushing, passing and recieving and 6 pts for each TD same setup. We start QB, RB, RB, RB/WR flex, WR, WR, WR, TE, K, Team Def. Now I know that is a lot of players and we get high scores but that is how we have played the last 5 years. I have won twice too. I am just wondering when some of you think would be a good time to Draft a QB in that format I have waited till 7/8 round, got killed that year, never drafted in first round so just wondering what some of you think too.

With that format and only 10 teams, I wouldn't take a QB until at least round 10. Last year in my 12 team league, I waited till round 11 and nabbed favre & brees in back to back rounds. There are always good QB's to be had late. If I were you, I'd take all RB/WR for the first 8-10 rounds.

That's high scoring for the QB. When do the QB's go? Knowing when they will be drafted will dictate a lot. With the scoring that high for QB's you might want one a little earlier than most leagues. What does the draft dominator suggest?
