Philly or Denver. But by all means, send him to the Seahawks.
I don't think Seattle has the cap space, but they could certainly use a WR, as who knows what's goin on with D-Jax - and there's always that Mike HomeGrown / Green Bay connection.

I went with Philly, but who knows. All of the teams in question play everything close to the vest and anything is possible

Flawed. Should have the "just got a new contract and decided he loves Green Bay" option. If Javons history has shown us anything is that when the cards are dealt Javon is the kind of poker player Assani could have gotten his $100k from.

LAUNCH

Since Favre has said he is returning and he and Javon are such good buddies, he should be re-signing with GB any day now...

or not, I still say the Eagles will grab him.

Why doesn't Denver ship off their 3rd round pick along with Lelie for Javon Walker.
Because Lelie sucks and Green Bay probably doesn't want his sorry butt.
But Green Bay needs WRs after losing Murphy and Chatman - I think the Pack would rather get a live body at WR and a 3rd rounder vs. a 2nd rounder

Didn't they already take care of that by signing Boerigter and Gardner? ;)

Denver.

Lelie's underachieved, but he's closer to a #1 than anything the Packers have.
Driver and Ferguson are closer to being #1s than Lelie likely ever will be. :lmao: I vote Denver as well. I think they'll offer up the highest pick.

Man alive... this timing on this is kind of creepy...

The Denver Post reports an NFL source said the Packers and Broncos recently discussed the availability of disgruntled Green Bay WR Javon Walker. There is a chance Walker will be traded by this weekend's draft, and the Broncos are one of several teams that have expressed interest in Walker, who is recovering from a torn ACL. The Packers are believed to be asking for multiple draft picks for Walker. Denver and other interested teams, including Philadelphia and San Francisco, are expected to talk with Green Bay as the draft approaches. There is a chance Denver will try to involve WR Ashley Lelie in a deal. Lelie wants to be traded, and his agents and the team are shopping him.

Denver, they put themselves into position to do this with the san fran trade.

Mark it down, if Denver ends up with Walker and he is 100%, they are the SB favorite from the AFC IMO.

It should be Burger King for that stupid whiny POS.

Probably DEN though. Lelie + a #1 pick. lol @ Favre having to throw to him too. Maybe Driver will get hurt and Favre stinks it up again. GB that send-off

?? This potential trade has been "reported" multiple times in the past few weeks. Notice that Denver wants to involve Lelie in a deal....but it doesn't say anything about Green Bay wanting to take him.

I agree with LHUCKS - the other options are accept a new contract (eating lots of crow) which I will give a very low probability and sitting out until week 10 (then spend the rest of the season on the bench - although GB could make him eat his own words and activate him for the last six games, interesting test of the new cba if he then refuses to enter the field)

I think there are two correct answers to this question. He'll be sitting at home in Green Bay like McCardell until he's traded.

My guess is Denver, but that's just a guess, and really with no backing beyond a "hey that'd be a good fit".

Somehow I think he'll pull his hamstring like McKenzie. He'll sit 10 weeks - doesn't cost him much cash. He'll rehabilitate. He'll return to get his accrued season and tweak his hammy so he never has to play.

Nothing GB can do under the new CBA. Yes, they could franchise him next year, but then he get's his cash. I could see him sitting out until 4 days before week 1 in that scenario and "tweaking his hammy" ala McKenzie.

Walker is done in GB. GB should get as much as they can and move on.
