I'd rank JuJu, Ginn, and Garcon in a tier clearly above Lockett, so my choice is out of those 3 guys.  Tough to tell what will happen with Garcon with the new QB.  I'd probably take JuJu for higher upside but Ginn and Garcon probably have the lower floor.  Depends on what your team needs.

Trying to figure out why the FBG have Lockett so high on the rest of season rankings. 

JuJu scares me because Steelers still have MB.

I would go Garcon, Smith-Schuster, and then Ginn. Garcon will probably see the most steady amount of targets amongst all of them (he has an injured neck so keep an eye on that). I wouldn't worry about Lockett. He's a boom/bust guy. Some may think of Ginn that way but he is running a different kind of route tree in New Orleans this year and that has helped him immensely.

Well Garcon is gone now

Garcon on IR so obviously out.  JuJu had one spectacular game, so don't want to go overboard on him.  And since Steelers were unwilling to deal or cut Bryant they do still see something in him.  Lockett is behind Baldwin and Graham, and tied with Richardson, so would be very boom/bust.  Ginn has not been dropping passes like he usually has - I'm liking him.  24 catches on 31 targets so far this year.
