These things prob happen here and there, unfortunately there isn't too much footage of it.

For this argument, we are assuming the biggest and baddest each choice has to offer.

In example, the saltwater croc is 20+ feet as is the GWS and so on.

Serious disrespect for bulls in here... These things grow to over 1,500 pounds, almost 4x a male lion. Sometimes a single bull can fend off an entire pride of lions.

Sure fend off. But if we are talking one on one to the death. The lion can latch on and work on the neck. It just has better finishing move.

With you on this one. Those horns are deadly and a bull can take an awful lot of damage.

Although greatly outweighed, I also feel that a great white would do well against a killer whale.

Fend off against like 7 lions, not just 1 (I might be thinking about a buffalo :bag: ). The bull gets a hook in, it could be over real quick.

I was 50/50 on shark vs orca, but went shark

I knew orcas were badass hunters, especially when they are in packs/pods versus sea lions, but found this. Pretty amazing technique by the orca.

You are definitely thinking water buffalo, which is bigger and badder than a bull for sure. Still, a full grown male bull is no joke. Honestly, to me this is a no win battle. The largest lions can get up to 600-700 pounds and 11 feet long. They are huge. I have no doubt that a healthy lion that size would be able to kill a bull in a fight to the death. However, I also believe that the lion gets gored once or twice and later dies of it's wounds.

Yea, def thinking water buffalo... However, for this fight we are talking about a bull, like this, that grow up to 1,600 pounds.

4:00 mark

Killer Whale drowns white shark.

I almost voted lion, but in a 1-on-1 streetfight, I don't think a single lion can finish a bull without his buddies jumping in. the bull would take a lot of damage from claws/fangs, but it would only take the bull one time to ram the lion with it's skull, or gore it with its horns, and it would probably be a wrap for the lion.

Shark is playing checkers, whale is playing chess.

Lions eat bulls (wildebeasts).
As a group... They hunt as a pride. An individual lion would not think of taking on a full grown buffalo by himself.
Not only that but don't all the big cats survive on killing the very young, very old, or injured? If you are talking about peak version of each the lion would have no chance.

Not even a close fight
Nope. This one surely wasn't. I guess I missed all the great white vs orca docs.

Orrrr how do we know that this particular one, or the couple other that are repeated over and over on Youtube aren't the Lebron and Kobe of the orca scene, preying on weaker, "dumber" sharks? White sharks are still the #1 predator in the ocean, IMO.

Agree. Initially I wanted to take the lion but in reality a lion would have to spend hours I would think getting the bull down. It would only take one stomp or stab to severely hurt the lion, and the bull would then have a huge advantage.

Just because they normally take the easy route doesn't mean they couldn't take on the harder kill if they absolutely had to.

Only vote I find surprising is the hippo vs elephant. Hippos are badass but the elephant has such a size advantage. Have to go with the elephant.

Agree. Elephants win this one. Hippos may be "more deadly" to people, but they're kind of under-equipped to fight an Elephant.

i still think the lion wins. quicker. more maneuverable, and one shot from the bull will not take the lion out. Seen many a clip of a lion catching a kick from a wildabeast and fighting the good fight
