I am in a ppr super flex league  10 team league with 1 keeper.  My choice is between darell henderson 16th round, and damien harris 16th round .   which would you keep and why?

Choose the best player.  In keep one leagues just keep the best guy.  That is Damian Harris.  Much more of a complete RB.
