Devil's Advocate
Lots of excellent choices here, but I have to go with the Rams. This has to be one of the most pathetic receiving corps I've seen in quite some time. Donny Avery, Keenan Burton, Laurent Robinson, Derek Stanley, Tim Carter, Brooks Foster, Travis Brown.....
WHO?!?!?!
Anyone expecting a bounce-back year from Bulger needs to tell me how it's supposed to happen with that group of WRs.

Dallas should be one of the choices ahead of Balt, KC, Minny, Wash
when the TE will be the leading receiver then you'll think otherwise...
Scary how fast people forget what Roy Williams CAN do.. Not saying he will but raw skill.. not many that are much better.Crayton can'T catch anything but he's servicable when he does.. and I like Austin. Guess Im reaching with all of these comments but I do not believe Dallas is anywhere close to the top on a "crappy" WR list.
while Dallas' WR corps are underwhelming, i wouldnt put them in this conversation. i'd say it could be the Oak/Ravens/Titans/Cleveland (if Braylon continues the stone hands thing)
