I play in a 10-team, 2 QB, .5 PPR league. My roster is:

QB - Siemian, Rivers, Cousins Palmer; RB - David Johnson, Jay Ajayi, Theo Riddick, James White, Derrick Henry; WR - Golden Tate, Stefon Diggs, Michael Thomas; TE - Charles Clay, Jimmy Graham; K - Ryan Succop; DEF - Jacksonville

Thinking of trading one of my QBs (likely Siemian) to one of the following two rosters for RB or WR help.

Team 1: QB - Tyrod, Matt Ryan, DeShone Kizer; RB - Elliott, Hunt, Cook, Cohen; WR - Amari Cooper, Keenan Allen, Willie Snead, Jeremy Maclin, Martavis Bryant, Chris Hogan; TE - Zach Ertz; DEF - Green Bay; K - Justin Tucker

Team 2: QB - Tom Brady, Ben Roethlisberger; RB - Leonard Fournette, Christian McCaffrey, DeMarco Murray, Jamaal Charles; WR - Demaryius Thomas, DeVante Adams, Kelvin Benjamin, Corey Davis, Donte Moncrief; TE - Jesse James, Julius Thomas, Tyler Eifert; DEF - Seattle; K - Gostkowski

Team 1 and I have discussed trading Siemian for Cohen

Then I considered offering Team 2 the following (both of his QBs have byes in Week 9): I would send Charles Clay (or Jimmy Graham) and Trevor Siemian for DeMarco Murray and Corey Davis. It gives me a solid RB2 and a solid 4th WR once Davis is healthy while shoring up his QB depth and TE position. If I send Clay instead of Graham, I would offer up James White or Theo Riddick to give him some RB depth behind Fournette/McCaffrey

Thoughts on either option? Will answer yours in return. Please leave a link.

I would def do Siemian for Cohen. The 2nd scenario I would keep Jimmy. Let him play a few more weeks. He always has major upside and Seattle always starts slow on offense . I would do Clay & Siemian for Murray & Davis. I don’t think Siemian is capable of sustaining his hot start. If I had to choose one I’m going with the 2nd scenario. Make sure to keep Henry just in case DeMarco hurts his hammy again

I have a quick question.

Would you swap Ajayi for Hyde in the trade you just answered?

I love the pairing of Murray & Davis if you can make it happen.

I also like the floor of Cohen if you could make that happen.

Given the value of your QB's and team 2's bye week issue I would pass on Siemian/Cohen. That's not enough value for your QB. With Team 2 he has no need for the TE part of your trade given that he already has 3 of them on his roster already. You might be able to swing a deal swapping Big Ben for one of your QB's though.

He's already lost Eifert indefinitely so I don't know why he's still on the roster. Jesse James had a good week one and has scored a combined 7.6 pts. since then and Julius Thomas has scored a whopping 7.2 pts. in his first two games combined. Charles Clay is the #5 scoring fantasy TE and the only receiving option in Buffalo outside of McCoy. I don't have a need for Big Ben if I'm already rostering 4 QBs and he isn't much better than the others on my roster. Granted, he could just say I'll take the L in Week 9 since that's the only week he'll be missing QBs due to bye weeks.

Given that he needs 2 qb's for that week trading one makes it easier for him to maintain a full line up and I do believe that Roethlisberger is a slight upgrade over your guys.  And as to Clay-he is only slightly better than James-not enough to justify the moves you are proposing-if you think otherwise offer it up but don't be surprised when he turns it down.

Okay, so I was able to flip Charles Clay on a roster stash for Corey Davis from Tennessee. I just needed a 4th WR and hopefully he's back on the field soon. The guy that I offered Siemian too for Tarik Cohen has offered Carson Palmer for Tarik Cohen. The only problem then is I'm staring at Cousins and Siemian on bye in Week 5 with only Philip Rivers to play and the only guys on waivers are Keenum, Glennon, McCown, and Brissett. None of them necessarily have great matchups (McCown plays the Jets in Cleveland and Brissett takes on the 49ers at home).

Update: Just offered DeShone Kizer and Tarik Cohen for Carson Palmer.

Do it, that's more value than you were getting before and better than just Siemian for Cohen, I like it because you still would have 4 QB's in a QB needy league so you still can make other trades down the road. I still can't believe that that other team now has 4 TE's on their roster-do whatever you can to keep that guy in your league forever.

Actually that guy is a really good fantasy football player. He's been kind of dormant making moves this year which seems a bit odd. He's really suffering from WR play though after loading up at RB. Yeah, I think Kizer's rushing ability helps his floor and off-sets some of his turnovers. I would probably have to drop Theo Riddick and will hang on to James White for now.
