I like Cam in this situation - Eagles pass rush will get to Palmer, and Cam vultures goal line looks as well.

Palmer, he's been solid all year, and the Eagles aren't a bad matchup at all, with awful CB's, sure Palmer will take a few sacks, but you don't lose points for those. Cam has one great game against the leagues worst pass defense, and he's looked pretty rough every other week.
