Which QB-starved WR to play (1 Viewer)

Have to choose between Jordy and Fuller in 1/2 ppr league. Both have a low floor and drastically decreased value due to QB injuries. Which one gets my last starting spot this week? thanks for help...

Nelson feels right here. He's got a better QB, and has 3 weeks to get used to him. Fuller hasn't played with Savage at all.

I'd definitely prefer Jordy.  He's a much more talented guy and the number one in that offense, while Fuller is second to Hopkins.
