Team B gets Mike Thomas, D Thomas, Larry Fitz

I like the thomas’, but if I’m rebuilding give me theilen/juju etc.

Totally dependent upon team construction and chances for a title.  Rebuild is A and play for now is B

I second both of these comments.. playing for a title is side B, rebuilding is side A.

Pretty fair, like the others say it depends on your team. I would say if you are rebuilding that you need to flip Theilan. He is 28 years old.

That is still in prime and he should have 2-3 solid years of peak left (especially with Cousins and stable QB in play).  Looking any further than that usually keeps you in constant rebuild.  I tend to evaluate on 2 yr intervals because so much changes beyond that time frame you can't really plan on anything.
