Cohen and Anderson are not difference makers.  Getting a top 3 pick could be a difference maker.  I would guess that Cohen and/or Anderson are not instant starters on the new team so I wouldn't give up that potentially high pick for them.  Keep the 1st rounder.

Take the pick, but I personally hate gauging a team and where the pick will land (unless it is my own)

Without knowing the rest of your team it is difficult to give a real answer. If you are in win now mode take the players, rebuilding the pick.
