Which teams have a 3-4 and which are 4-3 (1 Viewer)

I am in my first IDP league this year and feel over my head.I was wondering if anyone had a list of which teams have a 4-3 and which have a 3-4? And which favors which positions?Also any good NEWBIE IDP info you can point me to would be great.
