I haven't been in a keeper league in a while but I would guess who the other keepers were so I could estimate who would be there at 1.08. Keeping Chase Brown for a 9th is nice but it may be a big drop off from Bijan to whoever is left after keepers at 1.08, maybe more like a 2nd or even 3rd round pick.

Bijan will for sure be gone by 1.08 even if most of the league keeps their 1st rounders from last year. His ADP is 1.02 at the moment. Similarly with Nabers, who will be gone by the 3rd round. I'd keep both of them.
