I voted Williams. He's got the situation with less established players to compete with.

I'm the only one so far who picked Berrian. He reminds me of Santana Moss a lot with his breakaway speed. He is the guy I would take for sure in a dynasty.
Reggie Williams is not even the most talented WR on his own team. Cotchery seems pretty good, but he might be more of a possession receiver.
Berrian is the most talented of all of them and Rex looks to be a pretty damn good QB for the future.
