I've got John Brown and Willie Snead as my no. 3 and no. 4 WRs behind Evans and Tate

Do I drop one or both for either Golladay or Kupp in PPR league?

Amendola is also available. I really like him if healthy but he is already concussed and dealing with a knee injury.
