I am already starting Mike Evans and need 3 more from this group in a full PPR.  Week one of the play-offs for me after securing a 1st round bye. 

Stefon Diggs vs. Indianapolis

Dez Bryant vs. Tampa Bay

Tyreek Hill vs. Tennessee

DeAndre Hopkins vs. Jacksonville

Deshaun Jackson vs. Carolina

Alshon Jeffrey vs. Green Bay

Since you have the first round bye I'm assuming you have a decent team and are favored this week. In that situation I favor a mix of high floor / low ceiling plays.

Jeffery is a bit of a risk coming back this week so I wouldn't want to rely on him...especially with the other choices you have.

Similarly, Desean Jackson is a risk you really don't need to take in my opinion.

Hopkins is too tied down by Ostweiler and the system in Houston. OK floor I suppose but not enough ceiling.

My suggestions then:

Diggs > good matchup, decent floor with good ceiling.

Tyreek Hill > on fire the last few weeks and no reason it shouldn't continue against the shaky secondary of the Titans.

Dez > Kind of a toss up for the final spot with Hopkins. I choose Dez because he is on a better team, has a little better matchup, and I think he will be playing angry this weekend. In his case I think the low floor is worth the risk. I still can't believe Dez is considered my riskiest play here....
