If Kupp is healthy I would go with him - the Saints' slot corner is not good, and I expect both teams to score this week

Wow, that's a tough decision.  Both great matchups.  They will probably both do well but I'd lean more towards Brown and let Kupp play a game first before bringing him back as a weekly starter.

wow, this is really tough.  I sort of lean toward Kupp like 52-48 since he practiced in full on Friday.  I am generally averse to more boom/bust guys (like Brown), but I guess it could matter whether you are an underdog or not.

I would slightly lean Brown here only bc this is Kupps first game back and I dont know if he's really 100% and will do his typical 'Kupp Stuff'.

For non-PPR, I would say this is pretty much a coin flip, so I would go with Brown simply because this will be Kupp's first game back in a few weeks, and between his head and his knee, he has been pretty banged up this year.

I'd go Kupp, better player, better matchup. I doubt there is much if any rust there.
