White or West (1 Viewer)

Down 24 points in a ppr league with Hogan and West currently plugged in.

I can flip White in for West, however.

Given what Hogan should produce, which RB should I play?

I like White....he should catch some passes... assuming ppr.....otherwise West for standard.... good luck
