Who do I keep from this stacked roster? (1 Viewer)

12 team PPR keeper league…. We must keep 1QB, 1 RB, 1 WR, and 1 other player (non-qb)….. so total of 4 keepers

QB: Burrows, Goff
RB: Henry, Gibbs, Brown, Charbonnet, Guerrero,
WR: Harrison Jr., Odunze, Flowers, DeVonta Smith, Jameson Williams
TE: McBride, Hockenson

QB is easy, that’s Burrows. RB, I’m going Gibbs, and WR leaning Harrison, but he was so inconsistent last year… got that the skills are there, but will he make the jump…

Anyway, assuming I go with those three…. I’m leaning towards McBride as my 4th… as there are obviously fewer true TE beasts and the drop off will be greater than any other position… but hate giving up Brown…. I can keep these players as long as I want without any impact to draft….

I’ll have the 1.10 in the draft, so all of the players not kept and this years rookies will be available in the first round….

Thoughts and advice… TIA….

If you have to start a TE, then I think you have to keep McBride. I think the positional advantage he gives you outweighs Brown.

How long can you keep a player? This would dictate whether or not I keep Henry or Gibbs.

WR is tough. I think they are all the same so take the guy you think will score the most. I think that might be Smith.

McBride and Burrow are the easy other keepers.

No time table on how long I can keep a player.... That's why I like the idea of taking the young studs now... Henry may give me one more good year, but then someone else will grab Gibbs and hold on to him for years...

because it's unlimited that swings me towards Gibbs easily. If it was a one year keeper then I think I would go Henry.

Burrows, Gibbs MHJ and McBride. I'm holding MHJ for one more year to see what he can do.

OR

Can you make trades? Maybe there is someone who is still very high on MHJ and could use an extra keeper.

What about trading MHJ AND McBride for an elite WR?

Then you can keep Burrows, Gibbs, the new WR and Henry.

Or maybe Henry and MHJ for a top WR.

Then you keep Burrows, Gibbs, McBride and your new WR.

See what 2 for 1 you can shake out to tier up to a top WR.

Good idea.. there is a team that has Jefferson, Nabers, and Thomas Jr. for his WRs and his RBs are Ford, Swift, Allgeier, and Stevenson. Since he will probably keep Jefferson and Nabers, I can offer him Henry for Thomas Jr. But question is, how much will Hunter impact Thomas's volume....

For this year I feel Thomas is safe play. Hunter could be fantastic but he still has a long way to go before he proves he can be a #1 WR. No doubt his big play making ability will help this offense but I think Thomas is safe for this year. Already has proven he can play in the NFL, has chemistry with TLaw and I would say is a safe bet to be their leading receiver this year.

Worse case scenario is Thomas ends up like Tee Higgins but I'd rather have Thomas for this year than Tee.
