Mixon for upside if you are underdog and safe play is T. West if you don't really need to score a bunch to win.

I'd go Mixon. By far the highest ceiling.

I'd go with Thielen because 1. it's PPR and 2. the NO defense is so horrid. My second choice would be West.
Until I see how the Bengals RB rotation shakes out, I'd avoid Mixon because he's currently listed 3rd on the depth chart.
