who do you take with the 1.01 rookie draft pick? (1 Viewer)

Of all the teams talking of McFadden (Oakland, Jets, Dallas) he went to the best spot for fantasy production. Maybe we should wait to see where Mendenhall and Stewart go first. I'm not sure if you're implying that Oakland is a bad destination, if you are then try watching some Raider games if they're on NFL replay cause their O-line can block for running backs.

 
The other thing is Kiffen used Bush / White to great effect at USC. I think McFadden gets used as a multi-faceted threat, as opposed to a traditional feature back. Might be an excellent FF producer if used that way.

I have #1 in one draft, and it's him or Mendy.

As an owner of 1.01, I would LOVE to see Mendenhall go to a team like Dallas with another proven RB so I don't have to think about the pick and just go with DMC...

 
McFadden = Raiders

Mendenhall = Steelers

Stewart = Panthers

Felix = Cowboys

McFadden is easily the #1 RB to draft, EASILY. To be perfectly honest if i was offered the 1.2 AND the 1.3 for 1.1 I would reject that offer flat out.

 
Owners of the 1.1 who are in a multi-year rebuilding stage are very happy, as the pick is a whole lot more valuable than it was 3 hours ago.

McFadden finally had his 1st good year last year meanwhile the RB's you could have landed at 1.2 and 1.3...wow 2008 what a year for RB'sD-McFadden OakJ-Stewart CarM-Forte ChiR-Mendenhall PittC-Johnson TennK-Smith DetR-Rice BltF-Jones DalJ-Charles KCT-Choice DalS-Slaton HouJust goes to show you no one is a slam dunk even though they seems like it at the time.

Please stop bumping these 3 year old threads. It proves nothing except people are not always accurate in predicting the future and nothing more.
