I don't see Kaeding being cut....cut:Shayne GrahamNate Kaedingand all the other shankapotomuses out there
Kaeding could have gone over to Turner after the game and kicked him in the crotch (provided he could hit it) and he still would not be cut. He'd get a record contract for a kicker if he was on the FA market.I don't see Kaeding being cut....cut:Shayne GrahamNate Kaedingand all the other shankapotomuses out there

Not sure if I see them moving Winslow. Why do you think they'll trade/cut him?Browns will dump Braylon, Winslow, and Jamaal Lewis.(I can't see them keeping D Anderson, either.)BTW, there is local speculation that Shaun Rogers could go.
Braylon? He plays for the Jets.Browns will dump Braylon, Winslow, and Jamaal Lewis.(I can't see them keeping D Anderson, either.)BTW, there is local speculation that Shaun Rogers could go.
Out on a limb there, sparky?Browns will dump Braylon, Winslow, and Jamaal Lewis.(I can't see them keeping D Anderson, either.)BTW, there is local speculation that Shaun Rogers could go.
Pretty sure LJ and TO were on 1 yr deals anyway... they are FA's. I expect Barber to be cut. Roy Williams is wayyyy to expensive to even dream about cutting plus they gave up like 3 1st rounders. Parker is a good choice as well.Cut- LT, TO, Marion Barber, Willie Parker, Larry Johnson, Roy Williams, Bernard Berrian
Graham won't be cut - he just won't be resigned. I hope.Kaeding definitely didn't help the FA market for kickers - hard to justify big contracts for kickers when they come up that small in the big spot.-QGcut:Shayne GrahamNate Kaedingand all the other shankapotomuses out there

And Winslow plays for Tampa. That's the joke. And I still don't get why people think Carolina would trade Deangelo. That would be a huge mistake for that team.
Stewart is a great talent, but the guy hasn't been able to stay healthy with part time duty, why take that huge risk.I hear this everywhere but I have yet seen him miss a game due to injury.I think that would be a great trade for both teams. And I still don't get why people think Carolina would trade Deangelo. Not if he plays like this for two more games he wont.R. Bush gets traded or cut, as hes do 8 million if I'm not mistaking. He has Seattle written all over him.
this will never happen. in fact, if nfl teams were in the business of giving players pay RAISES during contract, driver would be one of those guys. and the statement that he faded badly towards the end of the season must be based purely on on stats, because if you watched the games, youd know he didnt stop making big plays for the pack from the beginning of the season til the end.It is tough to say that Donald Driver could be cut, but it is also tough to say he is worth $6.1m in 2010.I do think they will probably keep him. GB can afford it and he's a fan favorite, but he faded badly at the end of this season. James Jones will also be in the last year of his contract, he may want to get out of town after 4 years of not starting.
I'm not a Jonathan Stewart expert, but I base this on these observations:1. It seems IIRC that this year he was on the injury report every week in the second half, and often did not practice.2. His past two seasons are littered with wide fluctuation in carries. They guy is a beast, everyone seems to acknowledge that. Then why did he carry the ball less than 10 carries 5 times this season, and less than 15 carries ten times. Was it just DWill? Last year as well, look at the game logs. 15 carries for 130 one week, 9 carries the next two weeks combined. 34 carries in weeks 4&5, and then 6 carries in week six.Based on this it looks like he hasn't suffered a major injury, but enough that he misses significant time. And then the last game of this year he re-injured is Achilles, which he already had operated on.I hear this everywhere but I have yet seen him miss a game due to injury.I think that would be a great trade for both teams. And I still don't get why people think Carolina would trade Deangelo. That would be a huge mistake for that team.Stewart is a great talent, but the guy hasn't been able to stay healthy with part time duty, why take that huge risk.
not with jake at QBThe only place williams is going is 5-7 yards behind whoever the QB in Carolina is next year. Carolina is in win now mode (despite what it may have looked like).
Polian said Sanders will be back with the Colts in 2010. I believe him.Bob Sanders, How manys games has he played in the last 3 years?
There will always be a lot of guys cut - and some unexpected ones - but the number of trades, as usual, is going to be low. Trades just don't happen a lot in the NFL.Not as many as we think.
I agree that he's probably staying, even though as a Deangelo owner I was hoping for a trade to SD. But I agree, Carolina could win now. They could really use a #2 WR like Boldin though. I think Boldin would be such a good fit for this team, but I don't see it happening. The only place williams is going is 5-7 yards behind whoever the QB in Carolina is next year.
