Nothing like going into Sunday already down by 33 points...
It's such a let down when you get smeared on a Thursday night.

And I thought I had it bad by having Marshall's points negated by his Cutler + Winslow.played against Cutler, Winslow and Royal. awesome![]()
I did the Winslowing in 2 leagues last night... I did the Winborning in about 4 leagues... I Royaled someone in 1 league & and finally I Cutlered another.Nothing like going into Sunday already down by 33 points... It's such a let down when you get smeared on a Thursday night.
On the brightside, at least it wasn't a 2 pt per recpt league...I'm down 43 points and didn't even know there was a game last night.Nothing like going into Sunday already down by 33 points... It's such a let down when you get smeared on a Thursday night.
I played against Winslow, and I had Braylon..a double whammy.I played against Winslow, benched Royal, and started Torain. Boy, do I feel kinda crappy. Here's hoping for a win come Sunday!
Yes - sometimes we divorce fantasy from reality. Despite his nice fantasy stats, Winslow had a nightmare of a second half.Still, as a Winslow owner who suffered with him the last month, I remain confident he will be a stud for the rest of the season.daveR said:The Browns got Winslowed. Pass interference, fumble lost, dropped 4th down pass to end the game. :(
Ouch, that's even worse that my opponent. I had Cutler/Marshall/Royal/Torain.he had Winslow. I am up 80I got Winslowed, Cutlered, Marshalled, and Torained all in one night. I need a nap.
I have Winslow in both my leagues. I was reasonably nervous with Quinn making his debut, but started him in one league because my other TE is garbage. In the other, I had considered myself fortunate (up until last night) to have Daniels too...theplayer11 said:I benched him for Daniels.and played against him in another league..UGGHH
Ditto!Bankerguy said:2 leagues. I have him in one league and in the other of course I played that owner this week.
Some guy in my league had those 3 and got 83 lolIn my other league I benched Winslow, but you start 3 WR/TE (pt p/ receiving 1st down) and I have Marshall, Jennings, Fitz. My opponent had Royal and JSLOW, combined w/ my Prater I'm down 16. Just hope Brees don't make it rain in ATL!jbz said:played against Cutler, Winslow and Royal. awesome :(
Same boat, but I have Cutler/JLew.I traded Winslow to the owner i'm playing this week, back when Winslow was in the hospital. DOH!
I assume the rule is there to make TE scoring competitive so that their value approaches other positions. If so, I'd say it's working perfectly: a TE who has a great night is equal in value to a QB who has a great night. Why would this upset you?I am in one keeper league that has high scoring for TE's.... double yardage. Winslow (my opponent's starter at TE) outscored Cutler (my QB) by one point. They were both in the low 40 point range. I already started a thread to look at this over valued TE scoring.... man, 3 TD's, 23 rush, 447 pass, and outscored by a TE.... that hurts.
