Who has a list of players to watch for next year? (1 Viewer)

Alright guys draft is over and it is time to look to next year. Does anybody have a quick top 10 or even top 5 at some positions to look at? I heard Kiper on the radio and he was already reeling off some names. I think he said that he would rank Brohm the #1 QB and Mcfadden the #1 RB. Anyone got some cheatsheets ready?

If all the junior's come out, the story next year will be the RB's: McFadden, Slaton, Stewart, Ray Rice, James Davis.

Darren McFadden will be the talk of the draft. I have mixed feelings about him. He's extremely productive, but he's built thin and tall like Peterson, and he's a bit of a straight line guy. Probably still the RB1 at this point, but maybe not quite worth the accolades.

Jonathan Stewart of Oregon might be the RB2 when all is said and done. He was a five star recruit coming out of high school and he has the look of an NFL starter. I think he's only a junior, so there's a chance he'll be back in school.

Slaton is a compact back with a serious burst of speed. He definitely fits the mold of an NFL RB and if he tests well leading up to the draft, he could be an early pick. He actually reminds me a little bit of Tomlinson, but he still has a long way to go before he's in that class.

James Davis of Clemson is a promising back with an NFL build. Keep an eye on him.

Not wild about Mike Hart or Ray Rice. Overachievers.

The WRs will be good. Lots of talent there.

The QBs also look promising. Brohm will get headlines, but Ainge might be the better prospect.

Malcolm Kelly - Oklahoma

6"4 , strong, 40 inch vertical, great hands

Prototypical WR that will be drafted on day 1.

OSU WR Brian Robiskie may be one to watch. 6'3" 195 lbs Jr. may declare after this year if it is a good one. Great hands, good speed, very cerebral, and his father (Terry Robiskie) has been a WR coach in the NFL for a while now. OSU keeps producing NFL quality WRs, I don't see it stopping with him.

that "other" Arkansas RB FELIX JONES ...... 1500-1600 yards RB if given the chance, 1168 behind McFadden (not bad eh ?)

Stat Overview Rushing Receiving Fumbles

YEAR ATT YDS AVG LNG TD REC YDS AVG LNG TD FUM LST

For IDP keep and eye on OLB Alvin "Ace" Bowen from Iowa State. He led the nation in tackles as a Jr and now has Tex Def Coor Chizik as head coach. He will be playing in the "Tampa 2" and he is tayor made for it.
