Who here has ever had a creditor call their house? (1 Viewer)

I'm assuming very few as most here seem so high brow and tend to brag about wealth in their own simplistic "I'm dropping a money bomb kinda way".

Vonage. 35 bucks. It's been going on for prolly over 2 years now, and it is an absolute crap charge. 35 dollars delinquent, THEY SAY, for a service I paid maybe a hundred plus dollars over three months for and never once was able to use as I expected. It never worked once for what I needed and intended it for, so I cancelled it.

Post divorce, making good money. Credit is already in the toilet. After settling numerous credit card accounts for less, much less than owed, here comes Vonage with 35 bucks, so pissed, vehement almost. It's humourous in a way, but amazing to me that this company is so aggressive.

Vonage can lick my crack.

35 buckaroos two years later, with what I assume to be the second collection agency. Obviously I'm not getting an actual person on the line until I jump through some hoops but what would you assume is the percentage of the payoff for the second collection agency on 35 dollars?

Either way, Vonage can lick my crack.

silver lining is if you settle this one you probably won't get a 1099

not sure they will lick your crack though

That's the only way I will ever pay. That will need to be stipulated and accepted on paper with lawyers present, and certified somehow.

Your threads are terrible.

all of them.
If you are aware of the other ff board that was popular, he's there too and we believe an alias of giants fan. If gf has ever posted here, check out his dribble and compare it to geezil. Very similar.. :2cents:

Lots of times. And almost always for a Hispanic name. Fortunately, none of them have ever been me. The phone company recycling numbers sucks.

I have had my home number for over 12 years and I still get calls every so often for a random person that I have never heard of. I tell them to pound sand and take us off of their calling list. It works until the next company gets ahold of it.
