I don't think it is clear. According to team website, which has been updated to show Dayne as RB1, it is Achemandu.

But obviously Walker got the carries as RB2 this Sunday. I think that Achemandu lost some trust with the fumble a few weeks ago. But also I recall reading Kubiac talking about those two guys and how he would play them as backup based on matchup.

I thought I had it locked up with Achemandu as well. 
I was suprised to see Walker get all of the reps after Dayne went down. Since Kubiak is a Shanahan deciple, I would expect a lot of misinformation this week, (see the Henry/Young fiasco is Denver this past game) and see a situational combination of Walker and Achemandu.
I actually wouldn't even be surprised to see Dayne in the game if he's listed as anything but "OUT" this week.
