neither. Andrew Luck will NOT play this year folks..even if hes healthy it makes NO sense at all to start or even play him.Colts have damaged a so-called franchise qb..theyre responsible for the lack of oline talent around him. Maybe Im  but hes not playing this yr. would you start him when your team is , say, 0-7?? why would you risk further injury..if the Colts were .500 or close to it I'd buy it. but this is the next 0-16 team
