Not trying to be a smart asss here but doesn't it really matter what team a player goes to. For example if M. Hart went to Houston, Seattle or the NY Jets I would definetly take him here and probably in the top 5.

Of course it does this is just for early positioning. Want to have a vague idea who goes where to dominate early trades.
