I love T as well, but I can't go as far to say if I only get to watch one guy it is him.How this isn't a dead heat between Tony and Walter is kind of surprising.
No, I think you could reasonably debate either of them for the W here. My point is, is George Constanza comfortably in the lead shtick vs. either of Tony/WW, depending on your opinion there?I love T as well, but I can't go as far to say if I only get to watch one guy it is him.How this isn't a dead heat between Tony and Walter is kind of surprising.
I think if we reverse Walter White and Tony Soprano right now, the FFA has nailed this (with the exception of Bundy not making the finals).
But if it did, I would have voted for Rutger Hauer.I heard a soundbyte from Raiders of the Lost Ark on the radio yesterday. This does not qualify Harrison Ford in greatest vocalist competitions.

Tony Soprano is the only character in this list who ISN'T unique. It's a lot easier to create yet another mob character than to completely invent something new like Simpson, White, Bunker, or Costanza.mquinnjr said:How this isn't a dead heat between Tony and Walter is kind of surprising.
That's an interesting point. It's easy to see Costanza and then think that Larry David on Curb is basically the same character, just in the lead role.Tony Soprano is the only character in this list who ISN'T unique. This is very close to me but I went with White. As a character, he's the most interesting and complex. Bunker is a close 2nd. Simpson and Constanza aren't that far off but when I think of them I think of funny joke writing rather than a trait of the character itself if that makes any sense.
Agree, really good point. If we're talking uniqueness of character + acting in the role, will have to change my vote to WW.That's an interesting point. Good point. Besides with Homer you get the bonus of the early episodes where he sounds like Walter Matthau.Gotta be Homer.
Listening to James Gandolfini wheeze and gasp through the final two seasons of The Sopranos was unbearable.
