Why is it meaningless? I think it's a good exercise in dynasty valuation. Here you have a total wildcard in Best vs. an underperforming former stud. They are the antithesis of each other. I thought it would make for an interesting discussion.

Agreed, this is one of those cases where forums full of over-reactive, obsessed owners interpret little to no news as very, very bad news. Remember Collies brain supposedly being jelly two years ago? Then he played an entire season, just fine. Then he suffered another concussion, which most said would make him a vegetable. Then he was fine, and played. Then he got unlucky with a PCL, but that's besides the point. His doctors wanted him to take a year off from the start, despite what Best and Lions coaches said. We're coming up on that year and I'll bet he's in terrific shape.
