i don't think there is a good answer here yet. mathews is *terrible* but they should know this already. i'm not sure that acho is any better really. they used smith at ILB earlier this year. could be his audition.

Here's a good insider article about the change. It could change as the week goes by, but the article makes it seem that Matthews will be more of the starter; however, I could see that possibly changing in the future. It's so hard to tell what exactly the Eagles are going to do. I'm glad I drafted Kendricks, though!!!

Matthews and Acho have been "sharing" . Neither is very good though Matthews has looked marginally better than he did in the past. And as said above Smith may get some time there as well

What I've been reading since the week has progressed makes it seem that the Eagles are going to use a combo of Emmanuel Acho, Casey Matthews, and Marcus Smith at the inside linebacker spot, similar to the way they used the rotation when Mychal Kendricks was out. I personally think that, right now, Kendricks is the only linebacker to own on the Eagles unless an injury occurs to Acho or Matthews, or one of those two takes over as the more adept linebacker.
