Who to draft 1.01 - keeper (1 Viewer)

Trying to rebuild this once championship level team.  Been scrapping at QB for a couple years now and finally have the opp to get Newton, but the cost would be passing up the top rookie.  

All TD's are worth 6pts.  10 team league where multiple teams surprisingly kept 2 QBs.  No time limit on keepers, can keep forever.

Starting lineup req:  QB, WR, WR, WR, RB, RB, TE, W/R/T, W/R/T, K, D, D, D, D, D

My Keepers:  

McCoy, Ingram, Kelley, Crowell, Abdullah

Adams, Snead

Reed

Mosely

Available:  Cam, the rookies (Fournette, McCaff, Cook, Mixon)

Next Best QBs: Eli, Palmer, Wentz, Kizer, garbage

Who do you draft at 1.01 and why, or what would be your plan?

At least for this year, I would go with one of the rookies ar RB. McCoy won't be around much longer and he's in the midst of a dumpster fire in Buffalo. Ingram is in a timeshare and creeping on 30 as well. I like that group this year with Crowell to give you a good RB2 but I would go with Fournette or Mixon if it's non-PPR and Mixon/McCaffrey if it's PPR. Because TDs are 6 pts. per for QB, I like a bounceback year with Palmer and the Eagles were in the top 5 last year in pass attempts so with a re-tooled WR group and a solid offensive line, I like Wentz as well (and he's a young QB you can build around and get for cheap).
