Thinking Perkins could be a nice lotto ticket. Who should I drop for him? Gillislee? Barber?

You already have a bunch of lottery tickets there.  I would not drop Barber since he is likely the starter in TB at least until Quizz or Martin is back, since  Antone Smith is likely out for season.

If McCoy pulls up lame again at Seattle, then Gillislee could be quite valuable, although next week is a bye, so less risk that way.

Drop Barber, you've got enough RBs to start for a few weeks and you'll see Perkins develop on your bench, who has much higher upside.

Cut Barber, Martin might be back week 10 and holding on to 3 guys from the same backfield is just too much bench space wasting

Yea, I dunno if it's much of a difference. if you really want to do it then I agree with Barber as the drop, just a judgement call on which one you feel you like more.
