Who to drop? Need to pick up a D/ST (1 Viewer)

I need to drop one of these guys in order to pick up a defense / special teams. Having a hard time deciding on who. 12 team PPR redraft. Who would you drop?

Jefferson is the #1 in LAR with Kupp out and without knowing what is going on there it seems like Jefferson has a path to a lot higher volume for the time being.

Of the four, Van Jefferson looks like he has the chance to receive the most volume with Kupp out. The situation in KC is worse than a coin flip. You've basically got a 1 in 5 shot with Toney/Moore/Rice/Ross/James. Nico Collins is just a bad situation with the Texans, but somebody has to catch the ball, right? Burks is still young and may take a step forward.

If I'm dropping one, it's Moore for me.
