Moves so far: Drop Luck for Justice Hill, Drop Lutz for Pollard, and traded Lockett for Duke Johnson.

I was weak at RB coming out of the draft so I picked up every upside guy I could get, now week 1 is here and I have no roster space.  I could dump Henry with little loss, but he has value.  I don't like Alshon at all, but he seems to be ranked with with my other guys.  Just not sure what to do here...

I would drop hill for a kicker.

How much scoring does a kicker really do in your league?  Could you go one week without a kicker and not be killed by it?  Last year I started with no kicker and won my first two games without one until I had some clarity on more important positions.  That is an option as well. 

Baring that I would see if I could work a 2-1 trade to upgrade somewhere.  You said you don't like Alshon could you package him and Henry and get an upgrade at WR and free up a space for a kicker?
